Terms of Use — Seelect

Effective date: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Igor Boliaev IE (Individual Entrepreneur, Republic of Armenia) ("we", "us") governing your use of the Seelect app. By downloading or using Seelect, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Seelect for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app (except where this restriction is prohibited by law); use the app unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; or interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the app or the services it relies on.

3. Virtual try-on disclaimer

The AR overlay is a visual simulation for preview purposes only. On-screen colors, finishes, length, shape, and fit are approximate and will differ from real nail products due to lighting, your screen, camera, and tracking conditions. Do not rely on the try-on as an exact representation of any physical product.

4. Affiliate links & third-party retailers

Seelect contains links to third-party retailers and may participate in their affiliate or referral programs. We may earn a referral or commission fee when you purchase an item through a link in the app. We are not the seller. The purchase, payment, pricing, availability, delivery, warranty, returns, and all other matters concerning products and services are solely between you and the relevant retailer. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party product, and product information shown in the app is provided by the retailer and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Where a specific retailer's affiliate program requires a disclosure, it is shown in the app next to that retailer's links.

5. Third-party services

Seelect relies on third-party providers (including Google Firebase for analytics and the retailers above). We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.

6. Your content & intellectual property

Seelect, its name, logo, design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Igor Boliaev IE and protected by law. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our written permission. You keep all rights to the photos and designs you create with Seelect. Because your snapshots are processed and stored on your device, we do not access, claim ownership of, or obtain any license to your content.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that try-on results will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Igor Boliaev IE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. For material changes we'll update the "Effective date" and may notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Armenia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
